“It was about how the site should educate, qualify, and support revenue.”
Booked-call rate doubled to 8%

"He didn't just design a beautiful website, he created a conversion-focused experience that guides visitors through our value proposition. He had an uncanny ability to translate our technical features into compelling benefits. The way he structured our pricing section to emphasize value over cost was particularly brilliant."

Large, right-fit opportunity in days of launch

"We largely expected to get a pretty website out of the deal, but we got way more than that. We got someone who strategised with us about sales, content, value propositions, visual content and more. A big investment, but we got back far more than we put in."

Problem
Your business has moved on
Your website hasn’t
You’ve learned what buyers care about, what makes them hesitate, and what helps them choose you. But your website still gives them an earlier version of the story.
1
You keep correcting the website on sales calls
Your offer has changed, or you’re targeting a different buyer. Prospects arrive with the wrong idea, and you spend time explaining what you actually do now.
2
Your best reasons to choose you only come out in conversation
Your team knows how to explain the difference. The website makes you sound like everyone else, so buyers have little reason to put you on their shortlist.
3
The proof buyers need is sitting in your sales deck
You have customer examples, results, and answers to common objections. But visitors don’t see them where they’re weighing up your offer.
4
Booking a call doesn’t mean someone is ready for it
You discover basic mismatches during the meeting, or spend the opening minutes covering information you could have shared beforehand.
A relaunch should bring that sales knowledge into the website, and carry it through from click to sales call.
Buyers form preferences before the first call
In 6sense’s Buyer Experience Report, 94% of buyers surveyed said their team had ranked its vendor shortlist before speaking with sellers. Your best reasons to choose you need to be available before that conversation.
The four-part system
How we bring your sales knowledge into your website
Messaging. Website. Booking. Call readiness.
Your website should explain what you sell, why it matters, and why buyers should choose you. I use your real sales conversations to shape that message, write and build the pages, and create the steps that check fit and prepare prospects for the meeting.
Objection Map
Turn buyer questions into a clear message
Your sales calls, customer feedback, and existing proof reveal what buyers need to understand. I use that evidence to decide what your website should say, what to lead with, and which claims you can support.
Know which buyer doubts to answer
Lead with what buyers value
Pinpoint where your claims need stronger proof

"What about ongoing support?"

Website
Give buyers a reason to choose you
I write, design, and build your Framer website around that message. Your offer, differences, and proof come together on the page, so buyers can understand why you’re a fit before speaking to sales.
Give buyers a clear reason to choose you
Make your offer clear on any screen
Give interested buyers a clear path to booking

Booking
Check fit, get the meeting booked
I build a on-brand booking flow that asks about a prospect’s needs and timing before they choose a slot. You get useful context upfront and can identify mismatches before committing time to a meeting.

Call Preparation
Help booked prospects follow through
I create a pre-call journey that explains your offer and what to expect. Prospects get the context they need beforehand, so the conversation can focus on their situation instead of starting from scratch.
Help buyers understand your value beforehand
Keep the call and preparation on their radar

Your website is part of the sales conversation
McKinsey’s B2B Pulse survey identified company websites, in-person sales, and video conferences as buyers’ most-used touchpoints. We connect your website and call journey so buyers can carry their understanding forward.

A note from Mike
Hi there,
Your website should help buyers understand your value before they speak to sales.
But turning what you know about your buyers into a clear website takes work. The answers are often scattered across sales calls, customer feedback, and your team’s heads. That knowledge should help buyers see why you’re a fit before the call begins.
I spent ten years in B2B software sales, closing more than $10M in new annual recurring revenue. My job was to understand buyers’ needs, work through their concerns, and make a clear case for choosing us.
Now I bring that experience to your website.
I use your conversations, feedback, and proof to decide what the website needs to say. Then I write, design, and build it, along with the steps that check fit and help buyers prepare for the meeting.
You don’t need to arrive with finished messaging or manage a separate writer, designer, and developer. You work directly with me, from the first conversation to launch.
If you’re planning a launch or relaunch, let’s talk about what's changed in your business and what your website needs to do next.

P.S.
Our first call is 30 minutes to check fit, scope and timing. No polished brief needed, just your current website and what you’d like to change.

What it’s like to work together
Before we talk
A few practical questions
Do we need finished messaging before we start?
No. I lead the messaging decisions and write the copy for the agreed pages. You bring your product knowledge, buyer feedback, and existing proof. We agree the direction together.
What if we don’t have recorded sales calls?
We can work with sales notes, customer emails, testimonials, proposals, or feedback from pilots and demos. On our first call, we’ll check whether there is enough evidence to make useful decisions.
What will you need from our team?
Your existing materials, access to the agreed tools, a two-hour workshop, and feedback from one decision-maker at agreed stages. I handle the messaging, writing, design, and build.
Is the eight-week timeline guaranteed?
We agree the schedule before kickoff. Eight weeks assumes the agreed scope and on-time materials, access, and feedback. If those change, we agree a revised launch date.
Can we keep our branding and existing tools?
Yes, I work with your existing brand. We agree the calendar, forms, email tools, and connections in scope before starting. A new brand identity or custom software development is separate.
Can our team edit the website after launch?
Yes. The website is built in Framer and handed over to your team with a recorded walkthrough. Hosting and third-party subscriptions are paid separately.
How do scope and payment work?
We agree a fixed scope, fee, and payment stages before you commit. Any additional pages or work are discussed and priced before they start. The first call is to check whether the project fits what you need.
What do the 90 days after launch include?
Post-launch analysis and improvements within the agreed project scope. Before kickoff, we put the review schedule, what will be monitored, and the improvements included in writing. New pages, campaigns, and unrelated work are separate.
Does this include running ads or guaranteeing sales?
No. This project helps the visitors you attract understand your offer, check fit, and prepare for a sales conversation. Traffic quality, demand, your offer, and your sales process also affect results.
